Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Company and service selection are optional. These details are used to answer your request, discuss a proposal and manage the resulting business conversation. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential customer records in an initial inquiry.
How your inquiry is delivered
Our form uses FormSubmit to process your submission and forward it to our business email. FormSubmit receives the information entered in the form and may use a spam check before accepting it. Its documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms and submission documentation. Our email provider also processes messages we receive.
Keeping and managing your information
Inquiries and related correspondence may be kept while we handle your request, maintain the business relationship and meet applicable obligations to retain records. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, email us. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It processes connection information, such as IP addresses and technical request details, to serve pages and protect the website.
Website media and external services
This website uses optional Google Analytics only after you accept analytics. It loads a background image from Unsplash and a decorative background video from Pexels. Those services receive normal connection information such as an IP address when media loads. Links to Upwork, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and client websites take you to external services with their own privacy practices. The illustrative image of a support team does not identify specific ANZ employees.
Service inquiries and trials
Sending an inquiry does not create a service contract. Scope, staffing, coverage, pricing, confidentiality and any arrangements for data processing are agreed separately before work begins. The advertised telephone answering trial lasts 14 days and is arranged with our team; call coverage, setup and the start date are confirmed before it starts.
Client feedback
The website displays selected historical Upwork feedback and short excerpts, with the associated service and rating. An individual review is not an aggregate score or a guarantee of future results. The link on each feedback card opens the relevant Upwork profile.
Talent network applications
When you join our talent network, we receive your contact details, country, skills, languages and weekly availability, plus any optional profile link, schedule or introduction you choose to share. With your consent, ANZ International uses this information to assess your suitability and contact you about future opportunities. Joining is not an offer or guarantee of work. We do not make automated hiring decisions.
Applications are sent through FormSubmit to [email protected] and processed by our email provider. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains entries for 30 days. Your video or audio stays with your chosen hosting service; we receive its link and do not publish or embed it. We ask for your permission before sharing your profile or recording with a prospective client. Do not send identity documents, health information or confidential customer records.
We keep talent-network applications for up to six months. Adeel Malik is responsible for reviewing the recruitment mailbox and deleting expired applications, or asking for renewed consent before keeping them longer. This is a manual process, not automatic deletion. You can withdraw consent, or request access, correction or deletion, by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) with a complaint.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, phone, email and WhatsApp clicks, and completed inquiry flows. Google may process browser and device information and use analytics cookies. We do not send names, email addresses, message text or application details as analytics parameters. Query parameters are removed from the page address before it is sent.
No Google Analytics tag loads before you accept. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled. Your analytics choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Change or withdraw it using Analytics preferences at the bottom of a page. A temporary session value helps distinguish a completed inquiry flow from a direct visit to the thank-you page. A completed flow does not confirm email delivery or a sale.
