Practical AI & business automation

Turn repetitive work into a workflow your team can manage.

Start with a task that happens every day: sorting enquiries, preparing a response, moving data or compiling a report. ANZ helps you assess where rules-based automation or AI assistance can make that process more useful.

Is this the right service for you?

Teams with repeated digital tasks, clear source information and a person responsible for reviewing exceptions.

What we can help you put in place

Choose the tasks you need. The final deliverables are agreed after reviewing your systems.

Connected workflows

  • Make, Zapier or n8n workflow planning and setup
  • Form, CRM, spreadsheet and helpdesk connections
  • Failure notifications and duplicate prevention

AI-assisted operations

  • Enquiry categorisation and response drafts
  • Document summaries and structured data extraction
  • Content drafts based on your approved source material

Knowledge & support tools

  • Internal knowledge search and FAQ assistant prototypes
  • Source-based responses and human handoff
  • Evaluation against realistic questions and edge cases

Example project: an enquiry triage assistant

An incoming enquiry is categorised, a suggested response is prepared from approved material and the item is routed to a person for review. Unclear requests are flagged. We compare the output against representative examples before deciding whether the workflow is ready for use.

Illustrative workflow; the final design depends on your systems and agreed scope.

What your project can include

  • A process map and a defined pilot scope
  • The agreed integration or AI-assisted prototype
  • Evaluation examples, error handling and review rules
  • Configuration notes and a handover walkthrough

What we need to scope it

Describe the task, the tools involved, the source material and what a correct result looks like. We agree which data may be processed, who reviews the output and what usage costs are acceptable before connecting an AI service.

From one clear brief to a tested handover

Discover & scope

  • Review your current tools and one priority workflow.
  • Confirm feasibility, access, deliverables, costs and acceptance criteria.

Build & check

  • Configure the agreed solution in a test environment where available.
  • Check normal cases, missing data and failure handling before release.

Launch & hand over

  • Release after your review and approval.
  • Receive operating notes and an agreed support or staffing plan.

Questions before we start

Do we need AI for every workflow?

No. A simple rule or direct integration is often easier to maintain. We use AI where interpreting or drafting information adds value and test whether it meets the agreed requirements.

Can an AI assistant answer customers on its own?

We start with a defined knowledge source and review process. Customer-facing use needs evaluation, clear limits and a route to a person. AI can make mistakes, so the approved release scope determines what it may do.

Can you build small custom tools?

We can assess lightweight internal dashboards, forms, scripts and API connections where standard apps do not fit. Feasibility, hosting, access and maintenance are scoped before development.

Questions before we start

How much does a project cost?

We quote after reviewing your systems, workload and required outcome. The proposal sets out deliverables, exclusions, timeline and fees. Platform subscriptions, paid apps and usage charges are separate unless expressly included.

Can you work with our existing tools?

We first check your plan, available integrations and access requirements. Where a connector is not suitable, we assess API or webhook options before agreeing the build.

Can you support the workflow after launch?

We can discuss ongoing remote administration, workflow checks and improvements. Coverage, response times and responsibilities are agreed separately; a project does not automatically include continuous monitoring.

Start with the work you want to improve.

Tell us which tools you use, what is taking time and what a better result would look like. We’ll review the fit and suggest the next step.
